To find a room for the dates you wish, you can go to Rooms and see all the pictures and information about each room. You start your booking by completing the form below the room you chose, and sending it. You can also send an email with the dates and room you need. We will contact you with in the next business day to supply relevant information and to confirm availability as well as prices. We'll answer the e mails in the morning, Buenos Aires time.
Payment of the stay
To complete the reservation we will ask you for a deposit of the 50% of the stay. Until we receive this payment, we will not consider the room booked. Deposit can be done with credit card through PayPal. We will send you the request. Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is received; you will then receive the booking confirmation by email. Booking comfirmation: Once the prepayment is completed, the room is booked and you'll get the booking confirmation via e-mail. On the confirmation e-mail you will get all the information regarding the room and dates. Payment of the rest of the stay must be made in cash on the arrival day (We accept US dollars, Euros and/or Argentinean Pesos) We don't accept credit cards.
Booking a taxi from the International Airport
If you would like a taxi to pick you up from the airport, please send us your airline company, flight number and arrival time. The driver will be waiting for you with a notice with your name by the meeting point. You can pay him/her in US dollars, in Euros or and Argentinean Pesos (AR$)
When you book a room you will receive an email with all the reservation details. Please print this in order to have our contact information and address. Our Guesthouse does not show a sign at the door. If you are not using our pick up service, please let us know your arrival time and flight number. This is very important in order to organize your check in.If you are not coming by airplane and you are coming by bus or any other way, we still need to know your arrival time.
Check-in time is 12:00 noontime. Early check-in upon availability
Check-out time 10:00 AM. Late check-out is also upon availability.
Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure. All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. Rental charges already paid are non refundable. If the client wants to shorten his/her stay, the already paid amount cannot be refunded.
